The natural coffee process involves leaving the entire coffee cherry intact as the beans dry over a number of weeks. It’s a patient, labor-intensive method of processing coffee, and when done correctly it can produce something categorically unlike any coffee you’ve had before. The Mormora beans feature an aroma of jasmine, and in the cup you will find caramelized sugar, guava, lime, and hazelnut. Sweet enough that you can skip cream and sugar, it’s a lot like having dessert for breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, there has to be a way to create syrup from coffee, right? Perhaps some sort of coffee-infused maple syrup? Why don’t you tackle the R&D and get back to us on that?
