The Sugarcane process uses ethyl acetate (an organic compound derived from sugar cane) to remove 97% of the caffeine. This process tends to create a sweeter cup profile.

Our Sugarcane Sundown is the go-to roast for those of you that choose to take a break from the caffeine train but still want to enjoy a Boomtown beverage.
