Where it all began: our first shop on 19th St. in the Heights has been part of the neighborhood since 2012. Since the beginning, it was designed as a place we wanted to hang out in — a place where you can sit at the bar and chat with the baristas, plop down on the couch to unwind, study/work/have a meeting in an energetic environment, or sit on the patio with your family (including the dog, of course!). Boomtown was born here, and while we continue to innovate and improve, we hope this place will always feel like home — for us and for you.

Boomtown’s newest location is in Understory, an awesome new atrium that connects Downtown Houston’s street level with the tunnel network. We’re challenging ourselves to combine the high-volume, fast-paced environment that a downtown food hall provides with a sense of genuine hospitality, whether you’re stopping by on your way to work or have a moment to interact with us and sit at the bar. The space is beautifully filled with natural light and houses an abundance of community gathering spaces, so we hope you can stay a while (or bring the office downstairs)! See you soon!
